Beautiful inky purple wine shows mountain berries, plum and a touch of spice on the nose. The wine has great balance with a savory spicy note mingling with big Walla Walla Valley fruit and a touch of chocolate. The finish is long and delicious.

FERMENTATION:
Small open top stainless steel tanks. The cap was punched down three times per day by hand. After gently pressing the young wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.
