One of my favorite Syrah's ever! Super silky, yet full bodied and very satisfying. This wine delivers rich aromas of black cherry, dark berries, savory notes along with an element of minerality. The flavors are delicious showing balanced acidity with cherry, plum, mineral, sassafras and savory roasted meat. The wine finishes with richness and intensity.

FERMENTATION:
The fruit was hand sorted into open top 1.5 ton fermenters. 90% of the fruit was destemmed and crushed, while 10% remained whole cluster. The cap punched down by hand two-three times per day. Secondary fermentation finished in barrel.
