Une Vallée, or One Valley, is our proprietary red wine produced with fruit from Seven Hills Vineyard and Pepper Bridge Vineyard, two of Washington’s finest. Two great vintages of our proprietary Une Vallée are followed with a third. Our 2002 vintage is smooth and concentrated, with layers of black fruit, silky tannins and an intense fruity nose. The ripe fruit from the cabernet franc adds just the right amount of spice and subtle dried herb aromas.
