Tasting Notes

2016 was an excellent vintage in the Walla Walla Valley. This wine exhibits aromas of cassis, soy, dark cherry, and cedar kindling, with hints of cocoa nibs, sweet herb and vanilla. The wine dances on the palate, with flavors of cassis, black cherry, and plum. A big, rich, luscious mouthful of Walla Walla Cabernet at its best, with finish that just keeps going. Enjoy!
