Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down three times per day by hand. Free run juice was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.

Tasting Notes

A perennial favorite, our Barbera opens with aromas of raspberry, dried strawberry, licorice, smoke, soy and nutmeg. Rich flavors of dark cherry and dried herbs with juicy acidity, silky smooth tannins and great overall balance. Drinks well on its own, yet super food-friendly and pairs well with anything grilled on the BBQ. Enjoy!
