This delicious Tempranillo truly expresses the mild, near perfect harvest weather we experienced in September and October of 2017. The fruit was able to ripen slowly and evenly. The wine opens with aromas of cherry, plum, charcuterie, sweet herbs, and spice. Silky smooth texture in the mouth, with rich, round flavors of black and red fruits, umami, cocoa nibs with a long savory finish. Pair with anything cooked on the grill, Mexican cuisine, or pizza.
