Tasting Notes
Nebbiolo is a rare find in the Walla Walla Valley, and famous in the Piedmont region of Northwest Italy for producing some of the finest and longest-lived wines in Italy. Do not let the light, translucent color in the glass fool you! This wine has everything necessary to please your palate. Opening with aromas of wild rose petals, cherry fruit, tobacco, licorice and tar, followed by delicious flavors of juicy raspberry and cherry fruit. Both savory and fruity characteristics are present in this wine. The tannins are ample yet supple.
