Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was gently punched down by hand three times per day. After gently pressing, the young wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.

Tasting Notes
Petit Verdot does consistently well in the warmest areas of the Walla Walla Valley. This deep purple wine opens with aromas of black cherry, black plum, vanilla bean, and dried herbs. It is lush and balanced on the palate delivering flavors of black cherry, plum, and violets with notes of sage. This nicely structured wine displays perfectly ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish. Enjoy!
