Tasting Notes
This classic Rhône-style blend is a swoon-worthy wine, showing savory aromas of wild herbs, spiced berries, black raspberries, iron, wet earth, and black pepper. Silky tannins frame complex flavors of red currant fruit, olive, sweet herb, mineral and spice that show great depth and balance. This versatile and age-worthy wine pairs well with cassoulet, savory roasted meats, and grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
