Tasting Notes

It’s been said that every wine has a story to tell. The Stones Speak Syrah comes from an extraordinarily cobbly soil that holds the secret to a most seductive, intriguing story that leaves the taster yearning to know more about how the wine acquires these funky, savory delicious characteristics. This single vineyard, terroir-driven wine displays distinctive aromatics of red berry fruit, briny olive tapenade, peppered bacon, hoisin, savory herbs, and petrichor. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and rich with layers of red and black fruits, umami, smoked meat, and mouthwatering salinity. This wine will age beautifully and benefit from time in the cellar. The secret is in the stones. Enjoy!
