Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.

This medium bodied Cabernet-based blend is loaded with aromas of plum, blackberries, cherries, and spice. It has an elegant palate with smooth edges and lots of fruit flavors that hit on all notes with great balance. An enjoyable wine for every occasion.
