Small open top stainless-steel fermenters. The cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to 225 Liter oak barrels to complete primary and secondary fermentation.

The Jack Reserve is a limited production wine crafted from handpicked barrels which are aged nearly two years before bottling. Inky color in the glass, with aromas of ripe blackberries, plum, and cassis, along with notes of violet, pipe tobacco, sandalwood, and rubbed sage. A delicious finish showing vanilla, cocoa nibs, and a touch of spice. A perfect wine for gourmet burger night. Enjoy!
