Fermentation
Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to oak barrels to complete fermentation.
Aging
French oak barrels, 25% new
Tasting Notes
The Jack Red Wine is crafted from fruit grown in some of the best vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs. The wine opens with aromas of red fruit, black cherries, plum, blackberries, sweet herb, vanilla and spice. The flavors are rich and ripe, with delicious red and black fruit that lead to a long silky, smooth finish. Pour a glass and enjoy!
