Liquid summer…this classic white Bordeaux-style blend starts with brisk aromas of orange blossoms, apricot, minerals and a hint of citrus. Rich and layered, this delicious wine is mouthwateringly fresh and crisp on the palate, with a long pretty finish. Serve it slightly chilled for a wonderful aperitif. The Star Meadows is also an excellent pairing with salads and seafood.
