Star Meadows is a beautifully balanced and expressive wine…also referred to as Liquid Summer! A symphony of refreshing aromas consisting of stone fruit, white peach, tropical fruit, ripe mango, and citrus, along with a touch of orange blossom. The Stillwater Creek Sauvignon Blanc brings flavors of apricot, peach, citrus zest, and refreshing acidity. The Estate grown Viognier adds to the rich mouthfeel, offering floral notes which complement the stone fruit. Enjoy this wine chilled as an aperitif or pair with Mahi Mahi fish tacos, halibut, herb roasted chicken, mussels, or aged Gouda. Cheers!
