Tasting Notes
The fruit for this Rosé was picked on the same day and co-fermented. A beautiful light salmon color in the glass, this wine is superbly balanced. The aroma is immediately captivating, offering a bouquet of fresh strawberries, ripe watermelon, and vibrant red berries. Notes of citrus zest, particularly grapefruit and Meyer lemon, add a zesty brightness, while delicate floral nuances of rose petals and honeysuckle dance in the background. The first sip reveals a beautiful and refreshing wine that is a perfect aperitif, or enjoy with grilled burgers, cedar plank salmon, pizza, charcuterie, or strawberry spinach salad with goat cheese.
