31% Merlot, Seven Hills Vineyard
7% Cabernet Franc, McClellan Estate Vineyard

Alcohol 13.9% By Volume

FERMENTATION:
Small open top stainless steel tanks. Inoculated with a
Saccharomyces cerevisiae species after cold soaking. The cap
was punched down three times per day. Free run juice was
transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.
