Handpicked and hand sorted. Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down three times per day by hand. After pressing the must, the juice was transferred to 500-liter puncheons to complete fermentation.

A sensational expression of Tempranillo that displays intense aromas that are characteristic of The Rocks District fruit. The Syrah component in this wine lends a velvety mouthfeel and exotic aromas, while the Tempranillo contributes the expressive cherry fruits, plum, fig, cacao, and cedar. Delicious and complex with mouthwatering salinity, silky smooth tannins, and long, delightful finish. Enjoy!
