Small open top stainless steel fermenters. The cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.

This wine is the real deal! The fruit used to craft this beautiful Cabernet-based blend comes from some of the finest vineyards in Washington State. This wine shows off aromas of blackberries, black cherries, currants, herbs, hints of barrels spice with fresh acidity and silky tannins. Enjoy!
